Research Study: Validation of an English Questionnaire on the Impact of Cluster Headache

What is it? An online survey to test a new quality of life scale for cluster headache. It is based on a tested German scale called the Cluster Headache Impact Questionnaire.

Why are we conducting this study? Current quality of life scales for headache do not capture features of cluster headache, so we need one specifically for people with cluster headache.

Who can participate in the study? Anyone with cluster headache age 18 or older.

How does it work? You will receive 3 online surveys (now, 2 weeks from now, and 3 months from now). Each one should take 15 minutes or less. You can fill these out on your phone, tablet, or computer.

What are the risks?  There are no known risks associated with this study other than the potential for mild boredom or mild fatigue.
